I started working on a new project to redesign the digital product. It turns out there were lots of issues, as we all could expect.
A team of programmers created the current product without dedicated UI and UX designers. The product is a white-label B2B product, and 15+ clients have already been using it.

The sound of "redesigning" a product is exciting, as it involves throwing away the dated look and feel and fixing all the usability problems to improve the user experience. In reality, we cannot.
Surprisingly, NPSs are not as bad as I expected, given the usability defects I can see. The product's primary functions are forms so that quite straightforward, even though it was created by programmers. Alternatively, somehow, the clients have Stockholm Syndrome.
Either way, we have to plan a step-by-step process to improve the products while fixing real defects from clients every day.
