Attending a meeting with the client and receiving briefs from our BA. The client wanted to improve productivity in creating legal documents for countries outside of the U.S. primarily Asia, Pacific region based on their US version because of the legal terms are subtle differences in each country.

Solution:
The system detects differences between the U.S. doc and the target country’s legal terms. Using the application, the system picks up clauses, sentences, and wordings. Then the user updates or modifies the document to create the specified localised version.

- Understanding the current situation from the client's excel sheet.
- Sketches and research to translate their Excel sheet process into web application looked into some similar software, and I decided the best way to use the app that is the same experience of browser code viewers such as Inspector or FireBug.

The interaction methods and visual design using Material design were signed off, and the project has kicked-off. I provide the info and SVG elements for developers.
