Upgrading this app for communicating and collaborating well with our clients, and to centralise the relevant conversations and documentation, to track the workflow and requirements as well as clients information. Be specific who is responsible for the progress of each engagement before the financial members work on auditing. Eliminating emails and therefore losing conversation or document.

Received requirements from the other team, I provided the initial design and function wireframes. Later the stakeholders provided us with their feedback on business-related decisions. Our side clients can log in to this system to track the issues and problems as well as receive notifications for activities.

Within the tight deadline, we managed to release the app. I created visual work as quickly as possible. The web app was designed for improving our productivity with clients without exchanging emails.

After we signed off main screen design, I created an initial functional wireframe document which brought up specific issues (functional and interactive) before the development stage.
