This internal project has been on the waiting list. I created first designs and function wireframe document, which at the moment is the second stage of the design plan with following the brand guidelines.

Design challenges:
The app users include members from across different teams and divisions, multiple admins as well as outside of clients I tried to visualise the process and progress of each project for each member. There are still unknown business schemes for UX/UI workshops with the stakeholders.
